Nicolas Guittet Glass Blowing

Whilst on holiday in the South of France I visited a charming glass shop in the small village of Lemuil. The place had so much character, with its brightly coloured attractions arranged on one half of the shop, whilst the other half housed the workshop where live demonstrations were taking place. The way the glass was created was spectacular, you could see the heat glowing a bright orange, and the shapes and vivid colours swirled about were simply beautiful. I managed to take a few sneaky photos of the hand-crafted beauties! There was an array of statement jewellery and a large collection of paper weights in various shapes and sizes all with intricate designs within. The small size of the shop added to its charm and whenever I passed it was always seen to be bursting at the seams with captivated tourists.
